They will give you key words, search terms, phrases, most looked for, trends etc. So before writing that article or blog it makes sense to orient it towards what people are looking for. For example if your article is "how to diet" and you find that the most popular terms are " diet plans", "how to lose weight", "how to keep off weight" - you can use these terms in your Title or tweak the essay to address these issues.
